Taste Profile
Covim Granbar is the signature Ho.Re.Ca. from Covim, a family roaster founded in 1965 in Genoa (Liguria, Italy). It's a traditional blend , predominantly Arabica (South and Central America) with African Robusta for structure and crema, roasted to a medium to dark Ligurian style to develop chocolate and spicy notes.
In the cup : a full-bodied and indulgent espresso , with a very dense, hazelnut-colored crema , signature notes of chocolate, sweet spices (cinnamon, cardamom), and roasted notes . A generous body, balanced bitterness, and a remarkably long finish. This is the quintessential bar blend —designed by Covim for the traditional Italian espresso served at the counter in Ligurian and Northern Italian bars and restaurants.
6 kg pack : yields ~857 espressos. Optimal size for Italian bars/restaurants (café/bar 20-40 espressos/day), medium-sized offices (20-40 employees), and small to medium-sized restaurants. No pallet restrictions (standard Colissimo delivery).

- Kimbo Espresso Mix 6 x 1 kg — Neapolitan style, darker roast, notes of bitter cocoa and intense roast. Intensity 8/10 with a fuller, more bitter profile.
