Lavazza Soave is the mild and floral blend in the A Modo Mio, designed for palates that seek range aromatic delicacy rather than a full-bodied strength. Made from 100% Arabica beans , selected from naturally sweet origins (Central America for honey and floral notes, South America for structure), and lightly roasted to preserve the coffee's original character—Lavazza departs here from the darker, traditional Italian roast to reveal the fruity and floral facets of Arabica. In the cup: light body , elegant, delicate acidity, very measured bitterness, and dominant notes of white flowers , honey , and sweet almond . Lavazza's choice for mildness : excellent as a delicate espresso, in milk-based drinks (cappuccino, latte, macchiato) where the coffee's sweetness harmonizes beautifully with the milk, or as a long, extended coffee for those who find other coffees too strong.

Is Soave suitable for a cappuccino?
An excellent choice for cappuccino. The natural sweetness of the Soave blend harmonizes beautifully with frothed milk—no bitterness to overpower the drink; the floral and honey notes blend perfectly with the naturally sweetened milk. Recommended use: 1 Soave capsule + 100 ml of whole milk frothed at 65°C. An even milder alternative : Lavazza Dolce (intensity 4/10). For a stronger cappuccino, choose Delizioso or Passionale.
Does Soave contain less caffeine than Passionale or Intenso?
No — the caffeine content is comparable blends Modo Mio ). Theflavor intensity (5/10 for Soave vs. 9/10 for Passionale or Intenso) measures the aromatic strength and body, not the caffeine content. A 100% Arabica blend like Soave may even contain slightly less caffeine than an Arabica-Robusta blend like Intenso (Robusta contains about twice as much caffeine as Arabica), but the difference is minimal. For a caffeine-free, choose the decaffeinated DEK Cremoso.
How many cups can you get from a box of 16 capsules?

Can Soave be used in a Nespresso or Dolce Gusto machine?
No.The Lavazza A Modo Mio uses aluminum capsules with a proprietary geometry incompatible with Nespresso Original, Nespresso Vertuo, Dolce Gusto, illy Iperespresso, Lavazza Blue , or Espresso Point. How to store Soave capsules to preserve their floral notes?
Best before date: 18-24 months at room temperature (15-25°C), away from light and humidity. The aluminum packaging hermetically seals the coffee—no loss of aroma as long as the capsule remains intact. The floral and honey notes of Soave are particularly sensitive to light and heat : avoid storing near ovens, stovetops, or sunny windows. A closed cupboard is recommended.
Recyclable aluminum – how?
Yes, 100% recyclable. Three options: (1) Lavazza collection points in partner stores, (2) Lavazza Terracycle program (sending capsules via prepaid collection), (3) selective sorting of metal packaging (yellow bin in most municipalities) after separation of the coffee grounds.
