Lavazza Tea Blue

This is the capsule system that Lavazza launched in 2003 for offices and public places, with its own machines, whose name begins with "LB":

• LB 300 Classy Mini — compact, two buttons, 0.7 L tank;
• LB 1300C Classy Soul — compact touchscreen;
• LB 2310 — for offices and shops, with a dedicated touch for soluble drinks.

The Blue capsule has its own format: it does not fit in A Modo Mio, Espresso Point or Firma machines, the other Lavazza systems.

No capsule Blue has a specific format and only works in Lavazza Bluewhose name begins with "LB" (LB 300 Classy Mini, LB 1300C Classy Soul, LB 2310, etc.). It is not compatible with A Modo Mio (Jolie, Idola, etc.), Espresso Point, Firma, or Nespresso® and Dolce Gusto machines. The model number is indicated on the machine's rating plate.

Bevanda Bianca is a soluble, milk-flavored preparation, already sweetened: glucose syrup, sugar, skimmed milk powder (20%), vegetable fats, and milk proteins, according to the ingredient list for this product. It dissolves in hot water in the machine. Lavazza recommends using a second capsule in the same cup.

• Café macchiato espresso Blue ;
• Milk chocolate — with a Cioccolato Fondente capsule;
• English-style milk tea

They are all sweetened : sugar or glucose syrup is listed first in the ingredients of each drink, so there's no need to add more. The three teas are made from black or green tea extract: they contain theine, the same molecule as caffeine. The chocolate contains theobromine and a little caffeine, like all cocoa. Both the chocolate and the Bevanda Bianca contain milk. The official ingredient list is on each individual box.

The format depends on the drink:

• 15 capsules — the two Inspiration brand teas, mint and red fruits: enough to taste them, or cover occasional use (guests, meeting room).
• 50 capsules — Cioccolato Fondente chocolate, Bevanda Bianca and Al Limon lemon tea, for regular use in the office.
