Shipping your package

Packages are generally shipped within 24 hours after receipt of payment and delivered within an average of 24 to 48 hours. They are shipped via GLS with a tracking number and delivered with signature. Packages can also be shipped via UPS Extra and delivered upon signature. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method, as it incurs additional costs. Regardless of the delivery method chosen, we will send you a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. Preparation costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend consolidating all of your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each order. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.

The box dimensions are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

In the event of absence during a delivery or if a delivery initially planned at home is redirected to a relay point , Café Malin cannot be held responsible for these changes and no corrective action will be undertaken on our part.

Delivery costs

Delivery costs will be automatically calculated on the order page based on the total weight of the package and the delivery address. These costs include preparation, packaging, and transportation costs.

Delivery costs (France):

Free (in point ) for orders> at € 99.
€ 3.99 for orders> € 50.
€ 8.99 for orders <at 50 €.

Removing in store is free.
