Shipping your parcel
Packages are usually shipped within 24 hours after payment receipt and delivered within an average of 24 to 72 hours after dispatch. They are shipped via GLS with a tracking number and delivered with signature. Packages can also be shipped via UPS Extra and delivered against signature. Please contact us before choosing this shipping method, as it incurs additional fees. Whatever shipping method you choose, we will send you a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage costs. Preparation costs are fixed, while shipping costs vary according to the total weight of the parcel. We recommend that you group all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders and shipping costs apply to each of them. Your parcel is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.
The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
In case of absence during delivery or if a delivery initially planned for home is redirected to a point relay, Café Malin cannot be held responsible for these changes and no corrective action will be taken by us.
Delivery costs
Shipping costs will be automatically calculated on the order page based on the total weight of the package and the delivery address. These costs include preparation, packaging, and shipping fees.
