Lavazza Blue LB 2310 coffee machine

It has six distribution keys :

• Espresso, Coffee and Long Coffee, three coffee lengths;
• Free dose : dispensing stops when you press again;
• Soluble drink, for chocolate capsules, milk-flavored or tea-flavored drinks;
• Hot water, through a separate nozzle, for bagged tea or infusion.

Lavazza designs it for offices, shops, and small communities : its 4L reservoir and 25-capsule container reduce the frequency of refills, and the display guides maintenance. An water connection kitreplaces the reservoir with a water inlet.

28 cm wide, 38 cm high and 48 cm deep, weighing approximately 9 kg, according to the instructions; the cable measures approximately 1.20 m. It is installed indoors, between 2 and 32 °C, on a stable surface.

Three Lavazza Bluemachines, three uses:

• LB 300 Classy Mini — two buttons, 13.5 cm wide, 0.7 L tank, 5 capsule drawer: for a few coffees a day.
• LB 1300C Classy Soul — touch screen, 6 selections including two Specialty buttons for drinks, Temperature Boost, 1.6 L tank.
• LB 2310 (this product) — six buttons including hot water, display, 4 L tank, 25 capsule container, optional water supply connection.

The display guides you through the descaling process: remove the water filter, empty the drip tray, place a container under the nozzles, then pour 250 ml of descaling solution and 750 ml of water into the reservoir. Never use vinegar, the instructions specify. With the Lavazza water filter series, descaling is only necessary every 5,000 100 ml cups. Damage due to improper descaling is not covered by the warranty.
