Coffee supplies

The format depends on the volume of the drink :

• 4 oz / 12 cl — espresso (25 to 40 ml), ristretto, strong coffee, long coffee up to 90 ml. This is the format used in vending machines and office machines, and our best-selling size.
• 6.5 oz / 20 cl — lungo, cappuccino, tea, chocolate.
• 8 oz / 24 cl — latte, large size lungo, hot chocolate.

All three are sold in lots of 50.

One 4g stick is the equivalent of one coffee; use one stick per cup to ensure you never run out. A 500g box of Saint Louis sticks covers 500 coffees, or approximately five weeks at 20 coffees per working day. The 200g Lavazza box is suitable for a small team or home use, while the 700g box is for offices and break rooms serving Lavazza coffee. Individual packaging guarantees hygiene and precise dosing, eliminating the need for a sugar cube and preventing waste.

Because the provision of single-use plastic stir sticks has been prohibited in France since January 1, 2021 (Article L. 541-15-10 of the Environmental Code, stemming from the anti-waste law for a circular economy of February 10, 2020, Decree No. 2020-1828 of December 31, 2020), the wooden stirrer is the standard replacement solution for vending machines, cafeterias, and offices: natural material, one stir per cup of coffee. A pack of 1,000 stir sticks is enough for 1,000 cups of coffee.

Two families, two locations:

• Brita Purity C150 Quell ST and C500 Finest — water filtration cartridges installed upstream of professional machines (grilled espresso machines, professional capsule machines, vending machines). They trap limescale before it reaches the boiler; the C500 is designed for larger volumes than the C150.
• Aqua Aroma Crema Lavazza — a filter that fits into the water tank of Lavazza Blue LB300, LB900 and LB1050 machines . It is not intended to replace upstream filtration if the water is very hard.

In both cases, the cartridge is replaced according to the filtered volume and water hardness : follow the counter on the filter head or the indicator light on the machine, and the manufacturer's instructions. Limescale builds up in the water circuit and the thermoblock with each heating cycle: it lowers the extraction temperature, lengthens the heating time, and eventually clogs the machine. Manufacturers recommend regular descaling , in practice every 2 to 4 months depending on the water hardness and the number of cups brewed, or as soon as the machine's descaling indicator light comes on. The 250 ml bottle provides 2 to 4 cycles depending on the tank capacity: follow your machine's instructions for dosage and always rinse with two tanks of clean water after each cycle. A filter cartridge in good condition reduces the frequency of descaling, but does not eliminate it.
