Saint Louis Sugar Sticks 4g — Box of 500

The 4g log is equivalent in weight to a No. 4 piece, the most common size in France. Three practical differences:

• Hygiene — each log is individually wrapped : no contact between people's hands and other people's sugar, which is important in self-service.
• Dissolution — sugar sticks are powdered, they dissolve faster than a lump in hot coffee.
• Presentation — on a saucer or a tray, the Saint Louis signed log is part of the service.

Saint Louis is the brand of Saint Louis Sucre, a French sugar manufacturer based in northern France and part of the German Südzucker. The brand is present in supermarkets and restaurants; the 4g sugar stick in a dispenser box is its format designed for serving coffee in offices, dining rooms, and self-service areas.

One small log per sweetened coffee:

• Office of 10 people — about fifteen sweet coffees a day: about a month.
• Office of 30 people — about forty sweet coffees a day: a little less than two weeks.
• Restaurant — about a hundred coffees a day, half of which are sweet: about ten days.

For intensive use or multiple point, order several boxes at once: shipping costs are calculated per package, not per box. Large volumes are handled through our professional service.

Two uses:

• The volume (Saint Louis x500) — the self-service dispenser box: break room, waiting room, vending machine.
• Brand consistency (Lavazza x200) — if you serve Lavazza coffee and want the Lavazza signature on the saucer.

Many establishments keep both: Lavazza in the dining room, Saint Louis for self-service and in the kitchen.

The product offered here is white sugar, the most universal choice for coffee. For brown sugar, organic sugar, or sweetener sticks, please contact our professional service department : these items are available upon request. See also the accessories category.
