It is hereby specified that the present conditions govern sales, by LES NOUVEAUX MONDES, of items presented on the site www.cafemalin.com.

Any order will be taken into consideration only after payment acceptance.
LES NOUVEAUX MONDES undertakes to honor received orders.
Products will be sent to the delivery address indicated by the customer during the ordering process, provided it is within the authorized delivery areas specified in the sales offer.
In case of parcel return dû à a non-collection at point relay points or à d’address incomplete or incorrect, the shipping costs associéd to the return will be facturéd, as well as the réexpédition fees. The order will be remboursée immédiately once the items are returned, déduction made of the aforementioned fees.
In case d’erreur in the libellé of the coordonnées of the recipient, LES NOUVEAUX MONDES cannot be être held responsible of l’impossibilité to deliver the product(s) commandé(s).

Regular deliveries: orders placed with the "Regular Delivery" option (no commitment subscription, see article 10) are delivered to your home, in mainland France excluding Corsica, at the rate of delivery to a point (free from €99 of products per delivery), under the conditions provided for in the Conditions for Regular Deliveries.
LES NOUVEAUX MONDES réserve the right to modify the prices of products à any time. However, the ordered products will be facturés based on the current rates at the time of l’enregistrement of orders, under réserve of the availability of said products.
Payment must be fully completed during the order.

For an order with regular deliveries (option "Regular Delivery"), only bank card (including Apple Pay and Google Pay) is accepted: the first delivery is paid for at the time of order, then each subsequent delivery is paid in full on its due date, by debit from the registered card, after a reminder email sent three days before (see the Conditions for Regular Deliveries).
The customer has a 14‑day withdrawal period starting from receipt of the item to return it and obtain a refund.

The refund will be made within a timeframe of 15 days maximum after receipt of the return.
When placing an order, individual customers receiving deliveries in mainland France (excluding Corsica) or Monaco can subscribe to a paid commercial guarantee called "Option Sérénité" by checking the designated box . This allows them, for 30 days from receipt , to return all or part of the unopened products, complete and in their original packaging, without giving a reason. Return shipping costs are covered by LES NOUVEAUX MONDES , and the returned products will be refunded to the original payment method. The price, always displayed before subscription and indicated on the invoice, depends on the total price including VAT of the products in the order, according to the price list published on the Option Sérénité page . The option is not offered for orders exceeding €999.99, nor to professionals, nor for in-store pickup. Full details (return request, deadlines, exclusions, and refund of the option price) are available on this page, which forms part of these terms and conditions. The Serenity Option is in addition to the legal guarantees (right of withdrawal, legal guarantee of conformity, guarantee against hidden defects), which apply to all orders regardless of whether it is subscribed to.
In the case of an order with regular deliveries, the Serenity Option subscribed to is renewed and invoiced with each delivery, at the rate in force for the amount of the delivery; it can be withdrawn at any time from the customer account, the withdrawal taking effect from the next delivery (Conditions of regular deliveries, article 7).
The personal information of the client is necessary for the management of its order.

Certain consumable products can be ordered with the "Regular Delivery", which constitutes a subscription contract without a fixed term as defined by the French Consumer Code (referred to as "Regular Deliveries"): the customer chooses a delivery frequency (every 1 to 6 months) and automatically receives the product at that frequency, with a 5% discount on the selling price in effect on the day of each delivery. Regular deliveries can be rescheduled, modified, or stopped at any time, free of charge, from the "Regular Deliveries" section of the customer account; cancellation takes effect immediately. Each delivery is automatically charged to the bank card registered with our payment provider, after a reminder email is sent three days prior.
