    The delivery of orders placed on CaféMalin is generally made within 1 to 3 working days.

     

    After ordering on CaféMalin , you will receive a GLS link with a tracking number to locate your package and adjust the delivery details if necessary.

    • Buyer Error: If you made a mistake during purchase, you have 14 days to return unopened items for a refund, at your expense. If the order has not been delivered to GLS, contact us immediately by telephone to modify the order.

    • Error on our part: In the event of an error on our side, we will send you a free return slip. Once the original package is returned, we will immediately ship the correct package with the correct products.
