A soluble hot chocolate mix : sugar, fat-reduced cocoa powder (14%), vegetable fats, skimmed milk powder, salt, anti-caking agents, stabilizer, emulsifier, and flavorings, according to the ingredient list for this product. It is therefore already sweetened. The ingredient list on the box is the authoritative source.

Yes : the product contains skimmed milk powder. Therefore, it is not suitable for people with milk protein allergies or for a vegan diet.

Insert the capsule and select the "long coffee" option, or the "free dose" option depending on the machine, to fill a cup rather than just a small amount of espresso. Stir before drinking: the coffee mixes better. On an LB 2310, the instant beverage is designed for these capsules; on an LB 300 Classy Mini, Lavazza recommends running a little water through the machine without the capsule before inserting it.

With two capsules in the same cup:

• Milk chocolate — one Cioccolato Fondente capsule and one Bevanda Bianca, the range's milk-flavored drink.
• Mocaccino espresso Blue, for example Blue Intenso, and a Cioccolato Fondente capsule.

Cocoa naturally contains theobromine and a small amount of caffeine, much less than coffee. Lavazza does not publish the caffeine content of this beverage.

No capsule Blue has a shape specific to its system and only works in a Lavazza Blue. It is not suitable for Nespresso, Dolce Gusto, Delta Q or illy Iperespresso machines, nor for other Lavazza systems (A Modo Mio, Espresso Point, Firma).
