Lavazza Blue Bevanda Bianca — 50 capsules

This is a soluble milk-flavored drink, not pure powdered milk: the ingredient list for this product begins with glucose syrup and sugar, followed by skimmed milk powder (20%), non-hydrogenated vegetable fats, maltodextrin, and milk proteins. It is therefore already sweetened. The official ingredient list is the one on the carton.

Lavazza recommends it for three drinks:

• a café macchiato, with a Lavazza Blue ;
• a sweeter chocolate drink , with Cioccolato Fondente ;
• English-style milk tea .

It can also be drunk on its own, like a hot milky drink.

Yes : it is made with skimmed milk powder and milk proteins, which contain lactose. Therefore, it is not suitable for people with milk protein allergies or for a vegan diet.

You need two capsules in the same cup: one Lavazza Blue, for example Amabileor Blue Blue ,and one Bevanda Bianca capsule. Use a large cup; l'orof the two extractions is a matter of taste.

50 drinks if Bevanda Bianca is consumed alone. For a macchiato or a hot chocolate, each cup requires one Bevanda Bianca capsule and one coffee or hot chocolate capsule: plan for the same number of capsules of each.

No capsule Blue has a shape specific to its system and only works in a Lavazza Blue. It is not suitable for Nespresso, Dolce Gusto, Delta Q or illy Iperespresso machines, nor for other Lavazza systems (A Modo Mio, Espresso Point, Firma).
