machines Blue with cappuccino function combine 2-3 successive capsules for a gourmet drink:

1. Espresso coffee capsule — classic espresso base extraction 25-35 mL.
2. Powdered milk capsule (Bevanda Bianca) — reconstitution of hot milk foam via pressurized water.
3. Hazelnut flavor capsule — injecting a delicious hazelnut flavor into the final preparation.

The machine automates the process : you don't have to handle the capsules during preparation. The result: a delicious cappuccino in 60-90 seconds, ready to drink.

The Cappuccino Kit Blue classic offers coffee and powdered milk only — plain cappuccino, without flavoring, made according to an authentic Italian recipe: 1/3 espresso + 1/3 milk + 1/3 foam. The Hazelnut Cappuccino Kit adds hazelnut-flavored capsules for a more indulgent, flavored version. Choose according to your preferences or alternate depending on your mood —offices and hotels/restaurants/cafés often offer both to broaden the selection.

Target audience: Office/Hotel/Restaurant/Café (HORECA) consumers of flavored milk drinks :

• Office space for 10-50 employees — Lavazza Blue, break room with extended offer (espresso + plain cappuccino + hazelnut).
• Liberal practice — lawyer, notary, medical — offering a gourmet cappuccino to a client in the waiting room.
• Hotel / bed and breakfast — varied breakfast, gourmet service lounge.
• Bar / restaurant — gourmet hot drinks menu for winter, an alternative to hot chocolate.

No — just capsules. The Lavazza Blue requires neither fresh milk nor fresh hazelnuts :

• Milk powder capsule (Bevanda Bianca) — contains instant skimmed milk powder reconstituted by the machine with hot water.
• Hazelnut flavor capsule — contains a signature Lavazza hazelnut flavor injected into the preparation.

Advantages : no fridge required, no handling, consistent cup size, impeccable hygiene (individually sealed capsules).

The Lavazza Blue of flavored drinks also includes:

• Chocolate — chocolate cappuccino or pure hot chocolate.
• Vanilla — vanilla cappuccino (subject to availability).
• Caramel — gourmet caramel cappuccino (subject to availability).
• Latte macchiato — latte layer version with dominant milk foam.

capsules Blue with a best-before date of approximately 12-18 months from the production date. Store in a dry place, away from light and heat. Do not refrigerate (condensation degrades the milk powder and hazelnut flavor). Once the box is opened, the capsules remain individually sealed and retain their freshness until the best-before date.

Optimal serving temperature : The hazelnut cappuccino comes out of the machine at approximately 65-70°C. Serve immediately in a preheated cup (rinse with hot water for 10 seconds beforehand) to preserve the foam and hazelnut aroma. The ideal texture: a thick foam that lasts 2-3 minutes, with an espresso base and hot milk beneath the foam.
