Frequently Asked Questions
Is this 3kg pack different from the 1kg bag?
No — this pack contains three 1 kg bags identical to the Crema e Aroma Expert 1 kg SKU . Same blend, same roast, same best before date. You save on the unit price when you buy in bulk. Each bag remains sealed in a protected atmosphere, which preserves freshness much better than a single container.
How long will a 3kg pack last based on my consumption?
Estimated duration based on your usage:
- Household 2 cups/day : ~7 months.
- Household volume 4-6 cups/day : ~2.5 to 3.5 months.
- Small office for 10 people, 2 coffees/person/day : ~2-3 weeks.
- Office for 20 people, 2 coffees/person/day : ~1-2 weeks.
For more intensive use, go directly to the 6 kg pack or the 12 kg pack.
Can I store a 3kg pack for a long time without losing its flavor?
Yes, the 3 x 1 kg format is optimal for long-term storage because each bag remains hermetically sealed until opened. Best practices:
- Store unopened sachets at room temperature (18-22°C), away from light.
- Open 1 sachet at a time, consume it within 4-6 weeks.
- Once opened, reseal carefully (one-way valve) or transfer.
- Best before end date (DLUO) when closed : indicated on each bag.
For occasional use, should I choose the 1kg bag?
Yes, for occasional use (less than 2 cups/day) or to test the blend before committing to a larger quantity, choose the 1 kg bag — you minimize the risk and maintain freshness (an opened bag degrades faster than a sealed one). The 3 kg pack only makes sense if you've already tried the blend and consume it regularly.
