Flavour profile
This 30 × 1 kg pack contains 30 identical bags of the Crema e Aroma Expert blend, Cafemalin's best-selling coffee, in 5 boxes of 6. Lavazza blends Arabica and Robusta from Africa, Central America and South America for a rich, balanced taste: an aroma of dark chocolate and spices, fruity and woody notes, and a dense, enveloping crema — a broadly appealing profile that a venue can serve throughout the day as an espresso, lungo or cappuccino. The 30 kg format is designed for high-volume use: a hotel, restaurant or institutional catering operation serving several hundred coffees a day opens one bag after another, each remaining sealed in a protective atmosphere until opened — the consistency in the cup of a professional blend, without a large container left open.

Frequently asked questions
Does the 30 kg pack contain exactly the same coffee as the 1 kg bag?
Yes, this pack contains 30 identical 1 kg bags of SKU Crema e Aroma Expert 1 kg, delivered in 5 boxes of 6. Same blend, same roast, same best-before date — saving −16% compared with buying 30 separate 1 kg bags. Each bag is individually sealed in a protective atmosphere, preserving freshness far better than a single large container.
Who is the 30 kg format for?
The 30 kg pack is the largest format in the Crema e Aroma Expert range, designed for high-volume use:
- Hotel, restaurant, brasserie (~200 coffees/day): 30 kg lasts for ~3 weeks of service.
- Institutional catering, staff canteen, caterer (~300 coffees/day): ~2 weeks.
- Venue serving ~100 coffees/day: ~6 weeks — the 18 kg pack or 12 kg pack lets you open each bag sooner after delivery.
For an office or household, the 6 kg, 3 kg and 1 kg formats remain more suitable.
How many cups can I serve with this 30 kg pack?
The yield depends on the dose:
- Short espresso (7 g/cup) : ~4 286 cups.
- Standard espresso (9 g/cup) : ~3 333 cups.
- Lungo (10 g/cup) : ~3 000 cups.
- Filter coffee machine (12 g/cup) : ~2 500 cups.
For a restaurant serving 200 coffees/day, the 30 kg pack lasts ~3 weeks. For a staff canteen serving 300 coffees/day, allow ~2 weeks.
Which format should I choose: 6, 12, 18 or 30 kg?
All four packs contain the same 1 kg bag, in boxes of 6; only the quantity changes, and with it the saving per bag:
- 6 kg (1 box) — office with < 15 people, high-consumption household.
- 12 kg (2 boxes) — office with 15–30 people, small hotel, restaurant or café.
- 18 kg (3 boxes) — catering, hotels and offices with high coffee consumption.
- 30 kg (5 boxes, this pack) — high-volume hotels, restaurants, cafés and institutional catering.
A simple rule: choose the format you will use within no more than two months, so that you open each bag while its aromas are at their best.
How should I store 30 kg of coffee beans in a commercial setting?
The 30 × 1 kg format is designed for long-term storage: each bag remains hermetically sealed in a protective atmosphere until opened. Good practice in the kitchen or storeroom:
- Keep the boxes closed in a dry storeroom (18–22°C), away from light, moisture and heat sources — never above the machine or near the dishwasher.
- Open one bag at a time and use it within 4 to 6 weeks for optimal aroma; in high-volume use, a bag is used up in one or two days.
- Only fill the machine's hopper with enough coffee for one or two days of service; reseal the opened bag (one-way valve) or transfer its contents to an opaque, airtight jar.
- Best-before date for unopened bags: printed on each bag.
How is this pack dispatched, and how much does delivery cost?
Tracked delivery in mainland France: delivery to a pick-up point is free for this pack alone, and home delivery is free; free delivery to a pick-up point on orders of 99 € or more and home delivery on orders of 249 € or more. The exact charge is shown in your basket based on the total weight and address. The 30 bags are shipped in their 5 original boxes.
