Delta Cafés Gold coffee bean pack 30 kg — 60 × 500 g

The 30 kg pack produces approximately 4,285 espressos at the standard dose of 7 g/cup, or approximately 71 per 500 g bag. Typical yield for the hospitality industry:

• Coffee shop/bar 150 espressos/day → ~28 days of autonomy, approximately 2 sachets per day.
• Coffee shop/bar 300 espressos/day → ~14 days of autonomy.
• Restaurant 60 espressos/day → ~70 days of autonomy.
• Office with 100 employees → ~21 days of autonomy (2 coffees/day/person).
• 4-5 star hotel with breakfast + lounge → ~20-30 days.

The pack contains 60 identical 500g bags of Delta Gold whole bean coffee—each bag is sold individually under the reference Delta Gold 500g —same blend, same roast, and from similar batches to maintain consistent aroma. Each bag is sealed with a degassing valve. The bags are grouped into cartons for shipping; delivery methods, times, and costs will be displayed in your shopping cart based on your address.

It's a choice of freshness :

• The aromas of coffee degrade upon contact with air (oxidation of the oils). A large open bag will gradually lose its aroma over several weeks.
• in 60 sealed 500g pouches with a degassing valve, each pouch remains fresh until opened. For intensive use in the hospitality industry, you open 1 to 2 pouches per day; the others remain sealed.
• Consistency of the cup : each new bag gives a coffee with the same, without progressive drift.
• Stock rotation first in, first out in storage, and refilling of the grain bin without any leftover air.

Three Delta blends in a pro pack:

• Delta Gold (this blend) — a balanced signature blend of African Robusta and Central American Arabica coffees, intensity 8/10, with notes of honey, ripe fruit, and toasted almonds. The versatile Delta bestseller
• Delta Platinum 30 kg — premium blend : Central American Arabica and Asian Robusta, slow roasted, intensity 8/10, notes of ripe fruit, caramel and chocolate, a rounder and smoother cup. Same format, 60 bags of 500 g.
• Delta Gran Crema 10 kg — 100% Arabica, intensity 6/10, notes of spices, cocoa and fruit, without bitterness or acidity.

Delta Gold is the default choice for a first Delta pack purchase.

The 30 kg pack can be purchased online like any other product in the catalog, with the delivery options displayed in your shopping cart. For larger volumes, scheduled deliveries (monthly), or to request a quote, please visit our wholesale coffee : it contains the terms and conditions reserved for professionals, separate from those of the shop.

Store the cartons in a dry place, away from light and heat, in your storage area (ideal temperature 18-22°C). First-in, first-out is recommended—open only one bag at a time per machine to preserve the freshness of subsequent bags. The best-before date is printed on each bag: a 30 kg pack consumed in 20 to 45 days is well below this date. Once a 500 g bag is opened, ideally consume it within 1 to 3 weeks —in intensive HoReCa operations, it will be gone within a day.
