Delta Cafés Platinum Coffee Beans 500g

The 500g bag is the discovery size :

• Test the blend before moving to a larger format.
• Light consumption (1-2 cups per day): 5 to 10 weeks of autonomy, while maintaining its freshness.
• Rapid rotation for maximum flavor at the end of the bag.

The 1 kg format is not a larger bag: it is two identical 500 g bags, sold together cheaper than individually — the right choice as soon as you consume regularly.

Standard yield: ~71 cups at 7g (short espresso), ~55 cups at 9g (standard espresso), ~50 cups at 10g (lungo). 4 cups per day household: 2-3 weeks.

Two iconic Delta blends, both with an intensity of 8/10 but with distinct characters:

• Delta Platinum (this product) — top-of-the-line : Central American Arabica and Asian Robusta, slow and natural roasting, notes of ripe fruit, caramel and chocolate, round, smooth and long.
• Delta Gold 500g — signature blend , Arabica-Robusta, with notes of dark chocolate and dried fruit, a more direct and chocolatey. The versatile bestseller.

Our advice: try the two 500g bags to identify your profile, then move on to the 1kg format or packs.

Yes, even with entry-level machines (De'Longhi Magnifica, Philips 3200 series, Melitta Caffeo). The Asian Robusta in the blend produces a dense and stable crema, and the slow roasting process minimizes oily residue in the grinder. Recommended settings: medium-fine grind, 8-9 g per cup, water at 92°C.

The entire range is built around this 500g bag:

• 500 g (this product) — discovery / home use.
• 1 kg (2 bags of 500 g) — regular household use.
• Pack 5 kg — 10 sachets, restaurant / boutique hotel / premium office.
• 10 kg pack — 20 bags, hotel industry.
• Pack 20 kg — 40 sachets, for high-traffic catering establishments.
• Pack 30 kg — 60 sachets, intensive CHR.

The best before date is printed on the bag. Store the sealed bag in a dry place at 18-22°C, away from light. After opening, reseal tightly (using the heat-sealable strip) or transfer the grains to an airtight, opaque container, and ideally consume within 3 to 4 weeks. Do not refrigerate or freeze : condensation will damage the grains.
