Yes. The Asian Robusta in the blend produces a dense, stable crema, including on automatic machines in offices and hotels, while slow roasting limits oily residues in the grinder. Recommended settings: medium-fine grind, 8–9 g per cup, water at 92 °C. For a different profile with the same intensity and notes of honey and ripe fruit, Delta Gold 10 kg is the alternative from the same producer.
