- Delta Gran Crema (this blend) — signature creaminess, balanced Arabica-Robusta, intensity 7/10, abundant and smooth crema, chocolate/caramel notes.

Is Gran Crema suitable for cappuccino?
Yes, an excellent choice . Gran Crema's rich, creamy crema holds up remarkably well under the frothed milk —the cappuccino retains a defined latte pattern. The chocolate, cocoa, and caramel notes blend beautifully with the foam— a balanced, indulgent cappuccino . For an authentic Gran Crema cappuccino: single espresso (7-8 g), preheated 150 mL ceramic cup, 100 mL whole milk heated to 65°C with dense foam, pour the frothed milk into a single latte pattern.

The pack contains 10 identical 1kg bags of Delta Gran Crema whole bean coffee (same blend, same roast, similar batches). Each bag has a resealable zip closure and a degassing valve. Delivered in standard grouping cartons (no pallet restrictions for this format).
5 kg pack vs 10 kg pack — how to choose?
Choice based on consumption volume:
- Gran Crema 5 × 1 kg — small office 15-30 people, small restaurant structure, amateur home, autonomy 3-6 weeks.
- Gran Crema 10 × 1 kg (this pack) — bistro, 3-4 star hotel, medium office 40-60, brasserie, autonomy 14-30 days CHR.
