The Super Crema is calibrated to deliver an exceptionally dense crema — which perfectly showcases the premium extraction groups of Jura (Z-Series, GIGA) and De'Longhi (Prima Donna, Maestosa) machines. Three reasons:

1. A predominantly Arabica blend with an oily structure — the essential Arabica oils create a very fine and persistent cream when the pressure is stable (as on professional machines).
2. Medium+ even roast — no burning, no irregularities that would spoil the finesse of the extraction.
3. Selected grains for consistency — Lavazza keeps this blend stable over time, which avoids surprises from cup to cup.

Yes. Super Crema is roasted at Lavazza's factories in Italy (historic site in Settimo Torinese, province of Turin, Piedmont). It is one of the largest roasteries in Europe, operated continuously by Lavazza since the 1950s. The bean supply chain is certified Italian (upstream quality controls in Latin America and Asia, roasting and packaging in Italy).
