Meanwhile, in the same spirit at Cafemalin : Delta Platinum 30 kg (Portuguese blend predominantly Arabica, slow roasting), Super Crema 20 kg (same blend, smaller format), Super Crema 6 kg.

The blend, the composition (60% Arabica + 40% Robusta), the medium Turin roast, the cup notes (honey, almond, malty notes), and the dense crema are exactly the same. The only difference is the packaging format— 30 x 1 kg bags vs. 20 x 1 kg bags. Choose according to your volume:

• Super Crema 30 kg (this ref.) — High volume CHR, autonomy 2-3 months, restaurant 50+ covers.
• Super Crema 20 kg — Medium-sized catering establishment, autonomy 1-2 months, restaurant with 20-50 covers.

The 30 kg format often remains the most cost-effective per kilo, but requires a sufficiently rapid stock rotation to maintain freshness in the cup — at least ~1 1 kg bag consumed every 3-4 weeks.

The name "Super Crema" is a product commitment : the blend has been specifically calibrated by Lavazza's master roasters to develop an exceptionally dense crema —thick, golden hazelnut in color, bouncy under the spoon, and lingering for several minutes after extraction. This result is achieved thanks to the 60/40 Arabica-Robusta ratio and the Turin medium roast, which preserves the crema-creating oils while subtly developing the aromatic notes. It is one of the world's best-selling signature blends in the Lavazza Pro Ho.Re.Ca.

• 4-5 star hotel — buffet breakfast, lounge bar, room service, banquet.

• Company cafeteria for 100+ employees — large capacity machine, continuous flow.

Lavazza offers 3 signature blends in XXL format for the hospitality industry:

• Super Crema 30 kg (this ref.) — premium multipurpose, 60/40, dense crema, intensity 6/10.
• Gran Espresso 30 kg — more full-bodied, darker roast, intense traditional Italian blend 8-9/10.

Choose Super Crema if you want the best compromise between crema and versatility — ideal for an establishment serving both espresso and milk-based drinks.

Each 1 kg bag is sealed under a protected atmosphere (nitrogen) and equipped with a degassing valve. As long as a bag remains unopened, it will keep until the indicated best before date (18-24 months from roasting). Store unopened bags at room temperature (18-22°C), away from light and heat or humidity sources—not in the refrigerator. Once a bag is opened, reseal it carefully or transfer the contents to an airtight, opaque container, and ideally consume within 3 to 4 weeks. For 30 kg of coffee for the hospitality industry (hotels, restaurants, and cafes), adjust your consumption rate : ideally, one opened 1 kg bag should be used up within a maximum of 3-4 weeks.
