Two Modo Mio mild 100% Arabica, for two uses:

• Dolce (this reference, Lungo Dolce by Lavazza) — intensity 6/13, amber roast, smooth, velvety and creamy, fruity notes. Designed for a long cup and suitable for milk.
• Soave — intensity 5/13, amber roast, smooth and light, delicate floral notes. The lightest profile in our espresso selection.

Recommendation: Dolce for a mild long coffee or milk-based drink, Soave for a very light and floral espresso.

No — standard caffeine content (~60-80 mg per cup). The flavor intensity (6/13) measures the aromatic strength and body , not the caffeine. A 100% Arabica blend like Dolce may contain slightly less caffeine than an Arabica-Robusta blend (Robusta contains about twice as much caffeine as Arabica), but the difference is minimal (about 10-15% less). For caffeine-free coffee , choose DEK Cremoso Decaffeinated .

Yes : Lavazza also says it's suitable for preparations with milk, and its smooth, velvety profile blends well with frothed milk without any pronounced bitterness. Recommendation: 1 Dolce capsule + 100-120 mL of whole milk frothed at 65°C in a large cup. For a stronger cappuccino: theIntenso (13/13), which Lavazza says is ideal with milk.
