• Soave — intensity 5/10, soft floral, with notes of flowers and sweet almond. Slightly more structured : a smooth espresso but with more body.

Recommendation: Dolce if you find the Soave still too strong, or for a very thin lungo. Soave if you want a mild espresso with minimal character.
