Lavazza Delizioso is described by Lavazza as a light, smooth, and aromatic blend , elegant and floral. Made from 100% Arabica beans from South America and South Asia , medium roast : in the cup, a delicate bouquet , a subtly sweet and aromatic taste, and slightly liqueur-like notes . On scale Modo Mio Lavazza's A , from 1 to 13, Delizioso scores 8 : more intense than Soave (5), Lungo Dolce (6), and Dek Cremoso (7), and smoother than Passionale (11) and Intenso ( 13). Like all A capsules Modo Mio, Lavazza recommends serving it as a 25-35 ml espresso.

Delizioso or Passionale: which to choose?
Two A Modo Mio 100% Arabica, at two intensity levels on the Lavazza scale:
- Delizioso (this ref.) — intensity 8/13, medium roast, sweet and floral bouquet, slightly liqueur-like notes. Light, sweet and aromatic.
- Passionale — intensity 11/13, dark roast, slightly caramelized flavor and notes of chocolate. Balanced, full-bodied, smooth.
Recommendation: Delizioso for a light and floral espresso, Passionale for more body.
Is Delizioso suitable for cappuccino?
Yes, for a mild cappuccino : Delizioso is a light and floral coffee, which milk softens even further. Recommendation: 1 Delizioso capsule + 100-120 mL of whole milk frothed at 65°C. For a stronger cappuccino, tryIntenso (13/13), which Lavazza says is ideal with milk, or Passionale (11/13).
How many cups can you get from a box of 16 capsules?
Exactly 16 espressos — 1 capsule = 1 cup. Household autonomy estimates:
- Household 2 cups/day — ~8 days. Standard couple rhythm.

Which A Modo Mio machines are compatible?
All Lavazza A Modo Mio : Jolie, Jolie&Milk, Voicy, Deséa, Idola, Espria, Piccina, Tiny, Minù, as well as older models (LM910, LM950, LM3100). Not compatible with Lavazza Blue, Espresso Point, Firma, Nespresso, Dolce Gusto, illy Iperespresso — each Lavazza system has its own proprietary capsule geometry.
Are Delizioso capsules recyclable?
Yes — 100% recyclable. AMM capsules are made of aluminum, a material that can be recycled indefinitely without loss of quality. Recycling options:
- Lavazza terminals in partner stores (pointdedicated collection
- Terracycle Lavazza program (sending capsules via prepaid collection).
- Selective sorting of metal packaging (yellow bin in most municipalities) after separation of coffee grounds (compost or organic waste).
Best before date and storage?
Best before date 18-24 months from roasting (exact date printed on the box). Store at room temperature (15-25°C), away from light and humidity. Thealuminum seal provides an airtight seal — no loss of aroma as long as the capsule remains intact. Avoid storing in humid kitchens or near ovens/stoves.
