According to Delta, Delta Ritual 500 g is a distinctive blend that will make a difference to your daily ritual. It combines Arabicas from Tanzania and Robustas from Angola: a full-bodied coffee with notes of red berries and chocolate.
In the cup: an espresso with pronounced body and balanced acidity. Delta's published sensory profile also includes caramel and dried fruit. Intensity 13 on Delta's scale of 15, equivalent to 9/10 on our product pages.
At the same intensity, Signature Intense 500 g focuses on vanilla and dried fruit; Superior 1 kg, a step below (12 out of 15), on chocolate and cereals. The 500 g bag is ideal for exploring the Delta range before moving to a 1 kg pack.

How should I store it?
Reseal the bag tightly after each use, or transfer the beans to an opaque, airtight container. Store in a cool, dry place away from light (a pantry), never in the fridge. Once opened, use within 3 to 4 weeks.
Suitable for cappuccino?
Yes, it works very well. Ritual has the body of a full-bodied coffee: it retains its character when hot milk is added and makes a cappuccino with chocolate notes.
Can I brew it in a French press?
Yes, it works very well. The Ritual blend is versatile — it suits all brewing methods: espresso, French press and filter coffee machine. In a French press, the red berry and chocolate notes come through well. Coarse grind, ratio 60 g/L, brewing time 4 min.
