La Voix de la Terre is the certified organic blend from Lavazza Expert , the range that Lavazza intends for coffee professionals; its full name is Voix de la Terre Biologique Espresso Équilibré . It blends Arabica and Robusta coffees from organic farming, from Africa , Central America and South America , roasted to a medium degree .
In the cup , according to Lavazza: a balanced espresso with an elegant and lingering taste , featuring notes of honey , chocolate , and dried fruit . Lavazza does not disclose the proportion of each ingredient.

Is La Voix de la Terre 100% Arabica?
No. This Voix de la Terre, from the Lavazza Expert range, blends Arabica and Robusta. Lavazza sells its ¡Tierra! under the name Voix de la Terre : another coffee from this line, Voix de la Terre For Planet, is 100% Arabica, but it's not this one.
Is this coffee certified organic?
Yes. Lavazza presents it as organic roasted whole bean coffee. The bag bears the European organic logo, which is mandatory on pre-packaged organic products manufactured in the European Union.
Is it suitable for automatic grain machines?
Yes. Lavazza includes this coffee in its Expert range, for espresso: it's suitable for both automatic bean-to-cup machines and portafilter machines. Set the grinder to a fine grind.
