Yes, an excellent choice. The Voix de la Terre 100% organic Arabica blend is versatile —it works well in automatic machines. Recommended settings: medium grind 5-6/10 , dose 9-10g , temperature 93°C . Note: its mild and floral profile may seem light to those accustomed to full-bodied Italian blends (Kimbo Prestige, Lavazza Gran Espresso)—this is normal and intentional , not a flaw. The crema is lighter than an Arabica-Robusta blend (100% Arabica = light gold crema).
