Kimbo Cremoso combines equal parts Arabica and Robusta, medium roasted. Distributors selling this bag place it among the most full-bodied Kimbo coffees: a pronounced taste, a spicy aroma (cinnamon, licorice), notes of toast and hazelnut, and the thick creaminess that gives it its name.
Half Robusta provides the body and crema, half Arabica the aroma. Despite its name, it's not a mild coffee: for a rounder espresso, choose Kimbo Prestige, which is predominantly Arabica.

How many cups can you make with 1 kg of Kimbo Cremoso?
Approximately 140 espressos with a 7g dose, and 100 to 110 with 9 to 10g, the dose used by a bean-to-cup machine set to a stronger coffee. Using a portafilter, with a double espresso (14 to 18g), expect 55 to 70 cups.
How to store an opened 1kg bag?
Reseal the bag tightly after each use, expelling any air, or transfer the grains to an opaque, airtight container, away from heat and light. Avoid the refrigerator: humidity and odors will damage the grains. A sealed bag will keep until the date printed on it.
