Is Cremoso suitable for cappuccino and latte?
Yes, very good. Cremoso has a smooth, creamy with notes of milk chocolate and caramel that blend perfectly with heated milk. Its natural roundness avoids the overly bitter taste that a stronger Neapolitan blend (Prestige, Extra Cream) can give to a cappuccino. For a denser crema that holds its shape on frothed milk, however, choose Extra Cream —a blend specifically optimized for milk-based drinks.
Optimal storage?
1 kg bag with zip closure and degassing valve. Store in a cool, dry place, away from light (18-22°C, away from any heat source). Never refrigerate (coffee absorbs moisture and odors). Consume within 3-4 weeks of opening for optimal aroma. Sealed bag: until the best before date (generally 18-24 months from roasting).
