Kimbo Armonico belongs to Kimbo's Vending line , designed for automatic coffee machines. Distributors who sell it advertise a light roast , a bold taste, and an intense aroma with spicy notes of cinnamon and pepper, and a pointof licorice. It is a blend of Arabica and Robusta beans, the proportions of which Kimbo does not disclose.
Despite its name, this is not the mildest Kimbo: for a rounded espresso, choose Kimbo Prestige ; for an organic and floral coffee, choose Kimbo Bio.
The pack contains six 1kg bags that are individually sealed: you open one at a time, the others retain their freshness.

How many cups can you get from the 6kg pack?
Approximately 860 espressos at 7g, 600 to 670 at 9 or 10g, and 330 to 430 double espressos using a portafilter (14 to 18g). An office serving thirty espressos a day will consume it in about a month.
6 kg pack or 3 kg pack?
The 6-bag pack is ideal for heavy consumption: an office, a restaurant, or the home of serious espresso lovers. For more moderate consumption, the 3-bag pack prevents coffee from being stored for too long; to discover this coffee, try the 1 kg bag.
How should the sachets be stored?
Keep the bags sealed, away from heat and light, until the date printed on each one. Once opened, carefully reseal the bag, expelling any excess air, or transfer the grains to an opaque, airtight container. Avoid the refrigerator: humidity and odors will damage the grains.
