Distributors who sell it advertise a light roast , a bold taste, and an intense aroma with spicy notes of cinnamon and pepper, and a pointof licorice. It is a blend of Arabica and Robusta beans, the proportions of which Kimbo does not disclose.
Despite its name, this is not the mildest Kimbo: for a rounded espresso, choose Kimbo Prestige ; for an organic and floral coffee, choose Kimbo Bio.

Approximately 140 espressos with a 7g dose, and 100 to 110 with 9 to 10g, the dose used by a bean-to-cup machine set to a stronger coffee. Using a portafilter, with a double espresso (14 to 18g), expect 55 to 70 cups.
How to store an opened 1kg bag?
Reseal the bag tightly after each use, expelling any air, or transfer the grains to an opaque, airtight container, away from heat and light. Avoid the refrigerator: humidity and odors will damage the grains. A sealed bag will keep until the date printed on it.
