Taste Profile
Kimbo Armonico — Armonico = "harmonious" in Italian. This blend represents the refined and aromatic side of the Neapolitan house Kimbo, a counterpointpoint the powerful, historical blends (Prestige, Espresso Italiano) that have made the brand famous in Naples and beyond. Composition: 80% Arabica + 20% Robusta with a careful selection of mild Arabica origins (Central America, Ethiopia, Colombia), medium roasted and balanced — lighter than Kimbo's signature blends.
In the cup: balanced, delicate acidity, pronounced rounded sweetness, notes of white flowers, ripe fruit , and honey. Kimbo for palates seeking Neapolitan finesse —without sacrificing the signature Kimbo style. A functional alternative to Lavazza Aroma Top (100% Arabica) or Delta Platinum (predominantly Arabica blend).

What is the difference between Armonico and Prestige Kimbo?
The two iconic Kimbo blends with distinct positioning:
- Armonico (this product) — smooth and delicate, 80% Arabica, intensity 6/10, floral and honey notes. Positioned with a thin Neapolitan face.
- Prestige — an iconic, full-bodied Neapolitan espresso, Arabica-Robusta blend ~40/60, intensity 9/10, with notes of dark chocolate and roasted coffee. The true traditional Neapolitan espresso.
- Cremoso — balanced, mild, intensity 5/10, predominantly Arabica blend.
Armonico choice for finesse, Prestige for power, Cremoso for versatility.
Is the Armonico compatible with my bean-to-cup machine?
Yes, all brands : De'Longhi (Magnifica, Dinamica), Jura (E, S, Z, GIGA), Philips (LatteGo, 2200-5500), Melitta (Caffeo, Barista), Krups (Evidence, Intuition), Saeco. Recommended settings: medium grind 5-6/10, dose 9-10 g, temperature 92°C. Note: 80% Arabica produces a lighter crema than a Robusta-dominant blend—this is normal, as Arabica crema is light gold rather than brown.
How many cups can I make with 1 kg?
Estimated yield:
- Strong espresso (7g) : ~143 cups.
- Standard espresso (9 g) : ~111 cups.
- French Press (60 g / L) : ~83 cups of 200 mL.
Home (4 cups/day): ~4-5 weeks per kilo. Office (20 cups/day): ~1 week per kilo.

How should I store the 1 kg bag after opening?
Carefully reseal the Kimbo bag after opening or transfer the grains to an airtight, opaque container at room temperature (18-22°C), away from light and heat sources. Avoid refrigerating. Best before date (sealed bag): 18-24 months. Once opened, ideally consume within 3-4 weeks for optimal flavor.
