Kimbo Espresso Mix is a blend ofArabica and Robusta beans designed for espresso, with a medium roast. Kimbo does not publish the proportions or origins; distributors who sell it describe it as balanced yet intense, with a rich taste, a full body and thick crema, with notes of cocoa and a spicy, roasted touch.
It pairs well with milk: a strong espresso, a cappuccino, or a latte macchiato. It is suitable for both automatic bean-to-cup machines and portafilter machines.
The pack contains three 1kg bags that are individually sealed: you open one at a time, the others retain their freshness.

How should the sachets be stored?
Keep the bags sealed, away from heat and light, until the date printed on each one. Once opened, carefully reseal the bag, expelling any excess air, or transfer the grains to an opaque, airtight container. Avoid the refrigerator: humidity and odors will damage the grains.
