Delta Q Deqafeinatus N°7 — 100 capsules (10 × 10)

The Deqafeinatus N°7 is rated 7 on the Delta Q intensity scale, which now goes up to 16 with theUniq. For Delta Q, intensity is the strength of the coffee's taste, which depends on the amount of ground coffee, the degree of roasting, and the type of beans: the higher the number, the stronger the espresso.

Delta Q describes it as a rich and authentic : an intense decaffeinated espresso with notes of caramel and roasted nuts, with balanced acidity.

Deqafeinatus N°7 combines Robusta beans from Vietnam and Ugandawith Arabica beans from Brazil. Like all Delta Q capsules, it is roasted in Portugal by Delta Cafés, in Campo Maior, where the green coffees are tasted daily before being roasted and blended.

Deqafeinatus No. 7 (intensity 7) is rich and authentic: decaffeinated, with notes of caramel and roasted nuts. Qonvictus No. 5 (intensity 5) is classic and balanced: with notes of caramel and chocolate, and a delicate acidity.

For a coffee with caffeine, with a more classic profile, choose Qonvictus N°5; for an evening coffee, keep the Deqafeinatus N°7, decaffeinated.

This is decaffeinated coffee : the caffeine is removed from the green beans before roasting, and the remaining amount is very low, regulated to qualify for the "decaffeinated" label. It's suitable for an evening coffee.

No. The Delta Q capsule has a format specific to the brand: it only works in Delta Q machines, such as the Mini Qool or theICONIQ, and cannot be used in a Nespresso, Dolce Gusto, or Lavazza machine. Conversely, a Delta Q machine only accepts capsules of the Delta Q format.

10 boxes of 10 Deqafeinatus No. 7 capsules, enough for 100 coffees: 30 ml espressos or 45 ml lungos, the two volumes indicated by Delta Q. At two coffees per day, the pack lasts approximately 50 days, and the boxes remain sealed until use. Deqafeinatus No. 7 is also available in boxes of 10 and packs of 40.

A Delta Q capsule combines a plastic body and an aluminum lid ; according to Delta Q, it is recyclable by separating the plastic, aluminum, and coffee grounds. In France, the recycling guidelines vary depending on your municipality: check them on the Recycling Guide (website or app). The coffee grounds themselves are compostable.
