Delta Q Relax — 10 capsules

Confirmed — it's definitely herbal tea, not coffee. Ingredients: lemon verbena, chamomile, linden (mixed dried herbs). Coffee-free, caffeine-free, theine-free, no added sugar. Perfect for relaxing moments in the evening or before bed. The Delta Q capsule format is simply a convenient container that uses your espresso machine to brew the herbal tea, but the capsule's contents remain a 100% plant-based blend.

Use the long coffee/lungo button for a 90-110 mL extraction (like a long coffee). Technical details:

• Hot water percolates through the plant mixture like a filter tea — it is a pressure-accelerated infusion.
• High-pressure espresso machine extraction (~15-19 bars) is faster than a classic teapot infusion (~5-10 min at ~85 °C), but remains effective thanks to the fineness of the pre-ground plant mixture.
• The result is a clear to amber infusion, corresponding in concentration to a classic herbal tea bag.

Do not use the short espresso button (30 mL) as it will produce an overly concentrated and bitter infusion.

Generally well tolerated, but with caution :

• Pregnant/breastfeeding women — chamomile and linden are generally safe during pregnancy (confirm with your doctor/midwife). Vervain is sometimes not recommended for prolonged use during pregnancy — consult your healthcare professional before regular use.
• Children — suitable from 3-4 years old in small quantities (herbal tea sweetened with a little honey). Avoid before 1 year old.
• Drug treatments — some interactions are possible (verbena + anticoagulants in particular). Consult your pharmacist if you are taking any medication.
