Positioned at intensity level 16 on the current extended Delta Q scale, Uniq pushes the controlled, very dark roast to its absolute maximum for an espresso capsule—without ever becoming burnt. In the cup: an ultra-powerful, ultra-full, ultra-long profile —dominant notes of intensely dark chocolate , pronounced empyreumatic notes (toasted, smoky, more noticeable than EpiQ), maximum but sustained bitterness, and a very long finish . The body is maximal, the crema very dense and dark brown , the acidity and sweetness almost absent —a profile designed for the most discerning coffee lovers seeking the most intense coffee possible in a Delta Q capsule. How should Uniq capsules be stored?
Delta Q plastic capsules are very stable : each capsule hermetically seals the ground coffee (no contact with air or moisture). Good storage practices:
- Room temperature (15-25 °C) — not refrigerated (potential humidity on opened capsules).
- Protected from direct light (sunlight, powerful fluorescent lights).
- Box of 10, kept sealed until opened. Once opened, an opened box should ideally be consumed within 2-3 weeks for optimal flavor.
