Qalidus N°10 is the signature full-bodied of the Delta Q range — a South American Arabica-Robusta with an African touch, dark roasted in the Portuguese style. Positioned at intensity 10/13, it represents the standard full-bodied coffee in the range (Qharisma N°12 is more intense, MYTHIQ N°15 is an exceptional edition).
In the cup : a full-bodied and enveloping espresso , a very dense, dark hazelnut-colored crema , signature notes of bitter dark cocoa, blond tobacco, and sweet spices (pepper, cardamom) , finishing with roasted tones. A generous body (9/10), a pronounced yet elegant bitterness, and a remarkably long finish. This is traditional Italian espresso with a Portuguese twist —the benchmark for connoisseurs seeking power and complexity without excess.
Positioning : The "true" signature Delta Q blend for lovers of strong coffee — a step above QHARACTER N°9 (traditional), a step below Qharisma N°12 (maximum intensity). The blend that converts Italian coffee lovers accustomed to strong Kimbo/Lavazza coffees.

Preparation recommendations?
A strong espresso (30-40 mL) for unleashing its full power. The Qalidus blend cuts through heated milk beautifully —excellent for intense cappuccinos and lattes. Avoid long extractions, which bring out the bitterness. Recommended after a meal (as a digestif) or as a strong morning coffee —not recommended in the evening due to the caffeine content and intensity.
