How to store the 40-capsule pack to preserve the aroma?
Each capsule is individually sealed under a protective atmosphere — no oxidation until it is pierced. The 40-capsule pack therefore keeps perfectly until the indicated best before date (generally 18-24 months after roasting). Recommendations:
- Storage — room temperature 18-22 °C, away from direct light, away from heat sources.
- After opening the pack — the inner capsules remain individually sealed, so there is no rush to consume.
