Delta Q plastic capsules are very stable : each capsule hermetically seals the ground coffee (no contact with air or moisture). Good storage practices:

• Room temperature (15-25 °C) — not refrigerated (potential humidity on opened capsules).
• Protected from direct light (sunlight, powerful fluorescent lights).
• Boxes of 10, kept sealed until opened. Once opened, an open box should ideally be consumed within 2-3 weeks for optimal flavor.
