Taste Profile
Aroma Più (“Aroma Plus” in Italian) is a classic blend from the Lavazza bar range—a balanced and indulgent designed to offer a rich aromatic profile without being overpowering. It's an Arabica-Robusta blend with Arabica as the dominant —Arabica provides the round body and sweet chocolate notes, while Robusta contributes the body and crema structure.
A balanced medium roast —the Italian school of versatile blending that preserves aromatic finesse without succumbing to burnt notes. Aroma Più blend is Ho.Re.Ca calibrated —stable in rapid extraction, reliable crema, and aromas that remain perceptible in milk-based drinks.
In the cup: a well-rounded and balanced espresso with a rich crema, notes of honey and almond , and hints of biscuit and toasted cereal , finishing with a medium to long and harmonious aftertaste. This is the ultimate all-purpose Lavazza blend —excellent as a short espresso, ristretto, long coffee, cappuccino, or latte.

Frequently Asked Questions
3kg format vs 1kg unit — how to choose?
The blend and flavor profile are exactly the same. Choose according to your volume:
- Aroma Più 1 kg — discovery / office small consumption, autonomy 1-2 weeks.
- Aroma Più 3 kg (this ref.) — independent bar / intensive office, autonomy 2-3 weeks.
The 3 kg format remains the most cost-effective per kilo while offering rapid stock turnover to preserve freshness in the cup.
Aroma Più vs Super Crema vs Crema e Aroma — how to choose?
Three versatile Lavazza blends, each with a different character:
- Aroma Più (this ref.) — a rich and balanced blend. Arabica and Robusta, extremely creamy, with notes of honey and almond. Intensity 8/10. The roundest and most enveloping.
- Super Crema 3 kg — priority crema. Notes of honey and toasted hazelnut. Intensity 7/10.
- Crema e Aroma 3 kg — balanced cream + aroma. Notes of milk chocolate / hazelnut / cereal. Intensity 8/10.
Who exactly is this 3kg pack intended for?
Target market : Balanced bar / office / traditional restaurant
- Multipurpose bar/café — mixed clientele: espresso + milk-based drinks.
- High-consumption office (15-25 people) — a blend that pleases all palates.
- Traditional restaurant — gourmet end-of-meal coffee.

Estimated yield ~428 espressos at standard 7g dose.
What does "Aroma Più" mean?
Aroma Più literally translates to "Aroma Plus" in English—a promise of enhanced aroma compared to standard bar blends. The name underscores l'orblend's focus: prioritizing rich, lingering aromas (honey, almond) over a very dense crema (Super Crema) or a full-bodied strength (Gran Espresso). This is the Lavazza blend recommended for a bar seeking the optimal balance between body, aroma, and crema.
How to store the 3 x 1kg bags to preserve freshness?
Each 1 kg bag is sealed under a protected atmosphere (nitrogen) and equipped with a degassing valve. As long as a bag remains unopened, it will keep until the indicated best before date (18-24 months). Store unopened bags at room temperature (18-22°C), away from light—do not refrigerate. Once a bag is opened, reseal it carefully or transfer the contents to an airtight, opaque container, and ideally consume within 3 to 4 weeks.
Is there a 6 kg format of Aroma Più?
Cafemalin does not list a 6kg format of Aroma Più. If your volume exceeds 3kg / 2-3 weeks, consider a similar Lavazza blend in 6kg: Crema e Aroma 6kg (similar balance, milk chocolate notes), Super Crema 6kg (crema-oriented) or Gran Espresso 6kg (more full-bodied blend).
