Delta Cafés The Harvest Collection Organic Decaf is the third batch in The Harvest Collection, launched by Delta for cafes, hotels, and restaurants, with Rainforest Alliance certification across the board. This decaffeinated coffee addsorganic farming : selected Arabica beans from South America and Robusta beans from Africa, all organically grown.
In the cup : Delta describes it as a smooth and aromatic, with notes of cocoa and citrus,scoring 9 out of 15 in, or 6/10 on our rating system. The honey and ripe fruit that characterize the Harvest range are present in the background. The Robusta content gives it body and a denser crema than a 100% Arabica decaf.

No: Delta presents it as a blend ofSouth American Arabicas and African Robustas, all organically grown. The Robusta adds body and a denser crema, making this decaf a good candidate for espresso and milk-based drinks.

How is coffee decaffeinated?
Delta does not disclose the decaffeination method used for this batch. Like all coffee sold as "decaffeinated" in the European Union, it contains at most 0.1% caffeine in the roasted bean, regardless of the method used.

For those who want a real whole bean coffee in the evening : after-dinner espresso, late afternoon break, people limiting caffeine (sleep, palpitations, pregnancy on medical advice), and households that prefer an organic. 500g bag with a degassing valve. Store in a dry place, away from light and heat, never in the refrigerator. Once opened, consume within 3 to 4 weeks and only grind when ready to prepare coffee.
