The packaging describes it as a roasted whole bean coffee made from Robusta and Arabica varieties , a blend of origins outside the European Union sourced from more environmentally and ethically sustainable practices.

Is this coffee organic?
No. This coffee is Rainforest Alliance, but it is not organic: the bag does not bear the organic logo. In the same range, Delta Harvest Organic Decaf 500g has both certifications.
What does Rainforest Alliance certification guarantee?
The Rainforest Alliance printed on the bag indicates coffee produced according to the organization's standards l'orwhich aim to protect nature, producers , and farming communities. Delta has obtained it for all three coffees in The Harvest Collection ; the bag refers to "more environmentally and ethically sustainable practices."
Is this coffee 100% Arabica?
No: the bag indicates roasted whole bean coffee of Robusta and Arabica, from a blend of origins outside the European Union. Delta does not publish the proportion of each variety or the countries of origin of this coffee. The Robusta gives it body and crema.

Three Delta blends at 8/10, three profiles:

- Delta Gold 1 kg — the house's best-seller, with notes of dark chocolate,sweet spices and dried fruit.
- Delta Platinum 1 kg — notes of ripe fruit, caramel and chocolate.
Which machine is best for this coffee beans?
An automatic bean-to-cup machine (with a built-in grinder) or an espresso machine with a separate grinder. Allow approximately 7g per cup, as indicated on the bag, which is about 140 cups per bag. Ground slightly coarser, it's also suitable for a Moka pot.
How to store it?
The bag is packaged in a protective atmosphere. Once opened, reseal it tightly and store it in a cool, dry place, away from light, never in the refrigerator; preferably consume it within 3 to 4 weeks and only grind it when ready to prepare coffee.
