The Blue Line is professional bar range designed for the HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) sector. These blends are specifically formulated for the rapid, repeated extractions required in bars : consistent grind, consistent crema, and balanced aromas that remain perceptible even in milk-based drinks. The Blue Line differs from the consumer range (Qualità Rossa, Qualità Oro) in its professional focus blends Blue are not widely sold in supermarkets, but are primarily distributed through HoReCa wholesalers or specialized retailers like Cafemalin.

The two blends are similar but with different accents:

• Crema e Aroma (this ref.) — a balance of cream and aroma. Notes of milk chocolate, hazelnut, and cereals; body 7/10, intensity 8/10. More aromatically expressive.
• Super Crema 20 kg — crema priority. Notes of honey / almond / malty notes, body 8/10, denser and more persistent crema.

Choose Crema e Aroma if you want a more pronounced aromatic expression in your cup. Super Crema if you want the densest possible crema for visual appeal.

Target audience: Mid-range hospitality sector seeking a balance of cream and aroma :

• Restaurant 20-50 covers — coffee at the end of the meal, cappuccino after the main course.
• 3-4 star hotel — buffet breakfast, lounge.
• Independent bar/café — balanced clientele of espresso/milk drinks.
• Company cafeteria for 50-100 employees — large capacity machine.

Estimated yield ~2,857 espressos at standard 7g dose.
