Preparation Tips
- Filter : 6–7 g per 100 ml of water, extraction 3–4 min.
- Piston : rather coarse grind, infusion for 4 min then pressing.
- Moka : medium grind, gentle heating.
Conservation
After opening, reseal the bag tightly and store it away from air, light, and moisture. Ideally, store at room temperature in an airtight container.
