Best practices after opening a large format :

• Carefully reseal the bag (Lavazza heat-sealable strip) or transfer the grains into a large capacity opaque airtight jar or a sealed machine hopper.
• Room temperature (18-22 °C), away from light and any heat source.
• Avoid the refrigerator, where the coffee would absorb moisture and odors.
• Recommended stock rotation : ideally consume within 4-6 weeks of opening. Beyond this time, the aromas gradually fade (lipid oxidation + loss of volatile essential oils).

An unopened 12 kg bag can be stored until the indicated best before date (generally 18-24 months from roasting).

The XXL 12 kg kit + accessories offers logistical and volume savings vs separate order of 2 bags 6 kg + accessories à la carte — saving −5% at the current price.

The kit also offers a practical :

• One single order will last 4-8 weeks of intensive consumption.
• Guaranteed aromatic uniformity — same roasting batch across all 12 kg.
• Office accessories sized to the volume of the cafe — no mid-course accessory break.

For home/small office use without accessories, choose the bags alone: 3 kg or 6 kg.
