Lavazza Vending Kit 6 kg

The 6 kg bag is the intermediate size in the Lavazza Vending range — calibrated for:

• ATM for medium-sized offices (15-30 users, ~40-80 espressos/day) — autonomy ~3-5 weeks.
• Moderate professional bean-to-cup machine for the hospitality industry (bistro, 3-star hotel, neighborhood brasserie) — autonomy 2-3 weeks at 50-100 espressos/day.
• Point Intensive self-service coffee (reception area of large shops, company lobby).
• Medium-sized coworking space — shared machine for 15-25 people.

For lighter use, choose the 3 kg bag. For more intensive use, the 12 kg kit + accessories (with cups + sugars + stirrers) is recommended.

This Lavazza Vending blend is perfectly suited to automatic bean-to-cup machines with an integrated grinder. Typical compatible machines:

• Intense / semi-pro focus : De'Longhi (Magnifica Evo, Dinamica, Eletta Explore), Jura (E, S, Z, ENA, GIGA), Melitta (Caffeo, Barista, LatteSelect), Krups (Evidence, Intuition), Philips (LatteGo, 2200-5500), Saeco.
• Moderate vending / pro distributors : Necta (Krea, Kanguro), Rheavendors, Sagoma, Wega, WMF (WMF 5000S / 9000S), Franke (A400, A600).

Recommended settings : medium grind selector 6-7/10, 8g dose, extraction ~25-30 s for a 30-40 mL espresso. Adjust according to the texture of the crema obtained.

The yield depends on the dosage per cup :

• Strong espresso (7 g/cup) : ~857 cups per 6 kg bag.
• Standard espresso (8 g/cup) : ~750 cups per sachet.
• Long espresso / lungo (10 g/cup) : ~600 cups per sachet.
• Filter coffee maker (60 g / L, i.e. 12 g for 200 mL) : ~500 cups per sachet.

For typical office use of 40 espressos per day , a 6 kg bag lasts approximately 4-5 weeks . For more intensive use (large distributors, hotels/restaurants/cafes), consider the 12 kg kit + accessories .

Good practices after opening:

• Carefully reseal the bag (Lavazza heat-sealable strip) or transfer the grains into an opaque airtight jar or a sealed machine hopper.
• Room temperature (18-22 °C), away from light and any heat source.
• Avoid the refrigerator, where the coffee would absorb moisture and odors.
• Ideally, consume within 4-6 weeks for optimal aroma (average office use).

An unopened 6 kg bag can be stored until the indicated best before date (generally 18-24 months from roasting).

The unique 6 kg format provides:

• Logistics economy — one preparation, one delivery, one packaging.
• Roasting consistency — same batch for the entire bag, overall cup consistency.

Conversely, two separate 3 kg bags provide:

• Freshness preserved — the second sachet remains sealed while you consume the first (useful in moderate use 2-3 weeks per sachet).

The choice depends on your consumption rate : if you consume the 6 kg in less than 4 weeks, this single format is preferable. If your consumption is spread over 8+ weeks, opt for 2 x 3 kg bags.
