The gift set brings together two certified organic whole bean coffees from two Italian coffee houses, in 1 kg bags. Kimbo Bio, the organic blend from Neapolitan coffee house Kimbo, also carries the Fairtrade label: a mild cup with floral, almond and spice notes.
Voix de la Terre, from the Lavazza Expert range, is a medium-roast blend of Arabica and Robusta from Africa and Central and South America: a balanced espresso with an elegant, lingering flavour and notes of honey, chocolate and dried fruit, according to Lavazza.

Which coffees are included in the Kimbo and Lavazza Organic Gift Set?
Two 1 kg bags of certified organic coffee beans, one of each:
- Kimbo Bio: Kimbo's organic blend, certified organic and Fairtrade, with floral, almond and spice notes.
- Lavazza La Voix de la Terre: Arabica and Robusta from the Lavazza Expert range, medium roast, with notes of honey, chocolate and dried fruit, certified organic.

What do the certifications on these two coffees guarantee?
Both bags carry the EU organic logo: their beans are organically grown without synthetic pesticides or synthetic fertilisers. Kimbo Bio also carries the Fairtrade label: its beans are purchased from cooperatives at a guaranteed minimum price, plus a premium that producers invest in collective projects.
Kimbo Bio or Voix de la Terre: how do they differ in the cup?
Kimbo Bio produces a mild, floral espresso with almond notes; Voix de la Terre produces a more chocolatey cup with notes of honey and dried fruit. To compare them, use the same preparation method and dose.
Which machines can you use these coffee beans with?
With a bean-to-cup machine with a built-in grinder, simply pour the beans into the hopper. With a grinder, you can also use them in a portafilter espresso machine, moka pot, filter coffee maker or cafetière: adjust the grind to suit the brewing method. They are not suitable for capsule machines.
How many cups of coffee does the gift set make?
The two bags contain 2 kg of coffee: approximately 285 espressos at 7 g per cup, or approximately 140 for each coffee.
Can you have the gift set delivered directly to the recipient?
Yes: enter the recipient's address as the delivery address when you order. No invoice is included in the parcel.
How should you store coffee beans?
Keep away from air, moisture, light and heat: after opening, reseal the bag carefully or transfer the beans to an opaque, airtight jar and store at room temperature. Avoid the fridge, where coffee absorbs moisture and odours. An unopened bag can be kept until the best-before date printed on the packaging.
