Coffret Portugal Delta — 4 whole bean coffees, 500 g each

Four 500 g bags of Delta Cafés coffee beans, one of each:

• Gold: African Robustas and Central American Arabicas, notes of honey and ripe fruit, intensity 8/10.
• Platinum: Central American Arabica and Asian Robusta, notes of ripe fruit, caramel and chocolate, intensity 8/10.
• Signature Intense: African Robustas and Arabicas from the Americas, full-bodied, notes of vanilla and dried fruit, intensity 9/10.
• Brazil: 100% Arabica from Brazil, mild and fruity, intensity 6/10.

Each is also available separately in a 500 g bag.

From the mildest to the most full-bodied: Brazil (6/10), then Gold and Platinum (8/10), two Arabica and Robusta blends with distinct profiles, and finally Signature Intense (9/10). To compare them, use the same brewing method and dose.

With a bean-to-cup machine with a built-in grinder, simply pour the beans into the hopper. With a grinder, you can also use them in a portafilter espresso machine, moka pot, filter coffee maker or cafetière: adjust the grind to suit the brewing method. They are not suitable for capsule machines.

The four bags contain 2 kg of coffee: enough for around 285 espressos at 7 g per cup, or around 70 per coffee variety.

Keep away from air, moisture, light and heat: after opening, reseal the bag carefully or transfer the beans to an opaque, airtight jar and store at room temperature. Avoid the fridge, where coffee absorbs moisture and odours. An unopened bag can be kept until the best-before date printed on the packaging.
