Flavour profile
Delta Cafés The Harvest Collection Bio Décaféiné is the third blend in The Harvest Collection, launched by Delta for cafés, hotels and restaurants with Rainforest Alliance certification across the entire range. This decaffeinated coffee adds organic farming to the mix: Arabicas selected in South America and African Robustas, all organically grown.
In the cup: Delta describes it as a mild, aromatic blend with notes of cocoa and citrus, with an intensity of 9 on its scale of 15, equivalent to 6/10 on the scale used across our product pages. The honey and ripe fruit notes that characterise the Harvest range are present in the background. The Robusta content adds body and a denser crema than a 100% Arabica decaffeinated coffee.
Who it is for: after-dinner espresso, late-afternoon breaks, people limiting caffeine without giving up freshly ground coffee beans, and households wanting a decaffeinated coffee that fits with an organic diet.

Frequently asked questions
Is this coffee 100% Arabica?
No: Delta presents it as a blend of Arabicas from South America and Robustas from Africa, all organically grown. The Robusta adds body and a denser crema, making this decaffeinated coffee a good choice for espresso and milk-based drinks.
What certifications does this coffee have?
Two: organic farming (the coffee is organically grown) and Rainforest Alliance, the environmental and social certification covering the entire The Harvest Collection range. The logos appear on the bag.
How is the coffee decaffeinated?
Delta does not disclose the decaffeination method used for this blend. Like all coffee sold as ‘decaffeinated’ in the European Union, it contains no more than 0,1% caffeine in the roasted beans, regardless of the method used.
Who is this blend for?
For those who want real whole bean coffee in the evening: after-dinner espresso, late-afternoon breaks, people limiting caffeine (for sleep, palpitations or pregnancy on medical advice), and households that want an organic decaffeinated coffee. Its intensity of 6/10 (9/15 on Delta's scale) and its Robusta content set it apart from very mild decaffeinated coffees: it stands up well in a cappuccino.
How does it differ from Lavazza Voix de la Terre?
Two organic coffees from different ranges:
- Delta Harvest Bio Décaféiné (this product) — organic and decaffeinated, 500 g bag, for home or a small office.
- Lavazza Voix de la Terre 6 kg — organic, caffeinated coffee, 6 × 1 kg format for offices and catering.
How is it best stored?
500 g bag with a degassing valve. Store in a dry place, away from light and heat, never in the fridge. Once opened, use within 3 to 4 weeks and grind only when you are ready to brew.
