Does it contain theine?
Yes — it's instant green tea, obtained through industrial extraction of green tea leaves followed by atomization. It therefore contains theine, approximately 10-15 mg per cup depending on the dilution (less than a classic brewed green tea, ~15-20 mg, due to the atomization process which reduces some of the caffeine). It's a mild stimulant, suitable for a morning or afternoon coffee break at the office. For a caffeine-free infusion (evening, children, pregnant women), opt for a pure fruit or herbal infusion.

Ideally, consume within 3 months of opening to preserve optimal flavor.
