These capsules, filled with the Granbar from the Genoa-based roaster Covim, are compatible with the Lavazza Firma, Lavazza's capsule system for the office. Covim describes the Granbar in Firma capsules as a blend ofArabica and Robusta with notes of honey and cereals, for a coffee of mild intensity: 8 out of 10 on their scale.
The capsules are single-dose, stored under controlled atmosphere and sealed individually ; the box contains 100. Covim is an independent roaster of Lavazza.

What is the Lavazza Firma system?
Firma is Lavazza 's capsule system for the office: teleworking, small and medium-sized offices. Its machines, including the Inovy range, are available from Lavazza and its distributors. Firma capsules have their own format: they are not compatible with Lavazza A machines Modo Mio, Blue , or Espresso Point, nor with Nespresso machines.
Do these capsules work in my machine?
Covim states that these machines are compatible with the Lavazza Firma system, without listing specific models: they are designed for machines within this system, including the Inovy range. Check for the "Firma" designation on your machine or in its instruction manual; if you have any questions, our customer service team will assist you.
Orocrema or Granbar in Firma capsules?
The two Covim blends compatible with Lavazza Firma, of Arabica and Robusta:
- Orocrema — intensity 9: a vigorous alliance, with a subtle note of tropical wood.
- Granbar (this ref.) — intensity 8: milder, with notes of honey and cereals.
How many coffees per box?
One capsule per coffee, i.e. 100 coffees per box: ten working days for an office that drinks ten per day.
Storage and sorting of capsules?
The capsules are individually sealed in a controlled atmosphere (Covim): keep the box dry, away from heat and light, and consume before the printed date. For recycling, follow your local council's guidelines: since 2023, all packaging is recyclable in France (Citeo).
Are these capsules from Lavazza?
No. They are offered by Covim, an independent Genoese roaster, separate from Lavazza, which roasts in Tribogna, in the Genoese hinterland. Firma is a Lavazza brand: these capsules are compatible with that system.
