The EP system still dominates the small-format Ho.Re.Ca (5-30 employees). For more upscale use (hotels, Michelin-starred restaurants), the Lavazza alternative is the system Blue (1999).

capsules Point are made of food-grade plastic. Recycling options:

1. Lavazza collection points in companies under professional contract (material recovery, separation of coffee grounds/plastic).
2. Terracycle Lavazza program (subject to regional availability).
3. Domestic recycling : most communities do not yet accept small coffee containers — check with your local council.

Best before date: 12-18 months from the production date indicated on the box. Store at room temperature (15-25°C), away from direct light and humidity. Once the box is opened, the individual capsules remain sealed and retain their freshness until the best before date. The food-grade plastic perfectly seals the coffee: no loss of aroma until the capsule is pierced by the machine.
