Caprimo Vanilla Cappuccino is an instant powder mix for hot beverage vending machines : a milky cappuccino with a vanilla flavor, made with skimmed milk powder, instant coffee, and cocoa, already sweetened. It can also be prepared in a cup with hot water.
Dosage indicated by the manufacturer :
- 15 cl — 17 to 19 g of powder, i.e. 52 to 58 cups per sachet;
- 18 cl — 20 to 23 g, or 43 to 50 cups;
- 20 cl — 23 to 25 g, or 40 to 43 cups.
When using a dispenser, the powder is poured into the soluble beverage compartment, and the dose is set on the machine according to the manufacturer's recommendations. For a cup, pour the powder, add hot water, and stir until completely dissolved.
Storage. Store in a dry place, away from air and light, with the bag tightly closed: the powder is sensitive to humidity. Barry Callebaut states a shelf life of 18 months; the date is printed on the bag.

What dose per cup, and how many cups in a 1 kg bag?
Barry Callebaut, the brand owner, indicates 17 to 19 g of powder for a 15 cl drink , 20 to 23 g for 18 cl and 23 to 25 g for 20 cl. A 1 kg bag therefore yields 52 to 58 cups of 15 cl, or 43 to 50 cups of 18 cl.
In an automatic dispenser, the dose is set on the machine: start from these marks, then adjust according to the result in the cup.
What are the ingredients and allergens?
According to the list taken from a distributor for this sachet (same barcode): sugar, skimmed milk powder, maltodextrin, glucose syrup, coconut vegetable fat, instant coffee, fat-reduced cocoa powder, salt, milk protein, flavouring and additives (stabilizers, anti-caking agents, emulsifier, colouring).
Allergen: milk. The product contains instant coffee, therefore caffeine. The list printed on the sachet is definitive.
Can it be dispensed from any vending machine?
It is designed for hot beverage dispensers using soluble powders : the powder is poured into the soluble beverage compartment and dissolves in hot water. It is not suitable for a grain grinder or a capsule machine.
The dosage is adjusted according to the manufacturer's guidelines and the instructions of your machine's manufacturer.
Can it be prepared without a dispenser?
Yes. Pour 17 to 19 g of powder (about three teaspoons) into a cup, add 15 cl of hot water and stir until completely dissolved. No espresso machine or milk frother is needed: the milk is already in the powder.
