I've already placed one order on this site. After that purchase, I received a 15% discount code for a second order, but when I tried to use it, it had expired. Customer service then only offered me 5%, which is very disappointing. Furthermore, the new 10% discount code SOLDES10 , doesn't apply to the Illy Iperespresso coffee range, which is precisely what I wanted to buy. With already high delivery costs, this offer is unsatisfactory. I'm very disappointed by the lack of goodwill and I don't plan to order from this site again.
