1/5I had already placed my first order on this site. After that purchase, I received a 15% discount code for a second order, but when I tried to use it, it had expired.
Customer service then offered me only 5%, which is very disappointing. What's more, the new SOLDES10 code for 10% off does not apply to the Illy Iperespresso coffee range, which is precisely the one I wanted to buy. With delivery charges already high, this offer is not satisfactory.
I am very disappointed by the lack of a goodwill gesture and I don't think I will order from this site again.Review dated , following an experience on 03/05/2026 - Juan M.Verified purchase
